Merkad production department is equipped with 5-axis, 4-axis, 3-axis CNC High Speed Machining Centers, CNC Turning Machines, CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine and CNC Plasma Transfer Arc Welding Machine and other auxiliary machines.

Due to the ERP program APS (Advanced scheduling and planning) function, the production planning department can instantly control the manufacturing process in line with the data it collects from all production stages, therefore giving its customers the most accurate production and correct delivery time.

Merkad’s manufacturing capacity comes from special CAD / CAM systems which used by highly skilled employees and experienced engineers.
